Having begun as a mission congregation in 1982, we outgrew our original location on Hwy 90 across from Home Depot to our current location at 8888 County Rd 64. In September of 2017 a group of members, with permission of congregation, researched the feasibility of opening a school onsite. After a years’ worth of research, the committee recommended to the members that there was sufficient evidence for our location to start a school.

In December of 2018 the members voted to appoint a Parochial School Board with Cynthia Tellman as the Chairperson. In a special voters’ meeting in February 2019, voters approved the school plan and voted to financially move forward with the plan. As of March of 2019, we secured a building located on current site and began a 3- and 4-year-old preschool in fall of 2019. Despite the year of the Covid-19 virus, with PPE requirements in place, the school continued to be open in fall of 2020 for the 2020-21 school year having almost quadrupled our 2019-20 enrollment. For the 2021-22 school year we exceeded our previous enrollment numbers.  For the upcoming 2022-23 school season we look forward to coming alongside parents’ goal of preparing ACS children in their ongoing spiritual/educational needs!
